Very good place to stay, despite the high price. Very good location, close to tube station, restuarants, markets, parks.
The hotel has some apartments which are totally different from the pictures we see on the site. So, be carefull as it doesn't worth at all.
Speciousness, lounge posibility and located near to the underground with parking facility (BCP) at walking distance. The staff helping us to relocate to the room we actually booked.
Studio (+) The staff is very friendly, helped with the luggage and answered all the questions. Price is negotiable if you extend stay and the length of stay is more than 7 days.
Studio (-) My room on the ground floor (G05) was very tiny and absolutely different than the one of the photos. But it was clean and nice. I moved into room 107 which is the room from the photo. It is spacious, clean and nice, with good view. But it should be reserved in advance and for long-term stay. In the rooms it is a bit cold, though they have two radiators. The mattress is hard.
payment process is wrong. they take money from your account for damages £50, before you even get to your room and then take 4 days to credit back. i will not be staying there again!
Rooms were gorgeous very modern, clean and comfortable. There was a good amount of space considering it was in central London.Bathroom had a bath which was brilliant to relax in after a hard day's shopping! Also it was about 10 minutes walk from the underground which was very handy.
The cooking facilities are very limited - microwave, two hobs a toaster and a kettle. A little more space in this area would have been great. Also there is no details about a £50 deposit being required.
Not easy to find, a larger sign and better directions would help as google maps location inaccurate
Location was great, a few minutes walk from 2 Underground stations and a Park [Kensington Gardens], which meant you get anywhere pretty quickly on the tube, and get to Kensington High Street easily through the park for serious shopping. Bayswater has lots of restaurants that are reasonably priced too. The studio apartment was simple but had most of what we use at home - microwave and 2 electric rings for simple cooking, fridge, bowls/plates/cups/glasses for 4 if you wanted to eat in or had special dietary requirements and preferred to look after yourself. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Cost-wise very reasonable for a central London accommodation.
Rooms were clean, ample space for children. Took the 1BR apartment, laundry was free which was helpful so we could pack light. Very close to cheap restaurants in bayswater area.
Rooms were cleaned every other day, if you cook everyday, thrash would accumulate. Hotel staff asked for 100GBP deposit, and returned only 60GBP in envelope! should have checked. Quite dissapointed/
the staff were very nice and helpful. they dealt with our pickiness with a smile and they solved all our problems magically
the need a sign outside as we wandereredbaround until we went through the right door.
Location - Cost Benefit - Staff - Confort
The studio was conveniently located to shopping, a good neighbourhood environment, great restaurants and the tube stations. It was very quiet at night. Having the ability to make coffee/tea and toast was a plus. It was also well designed for a longer stay than 1 or 2 nights. Excellent value for the money.
Location, quite, clean, staff, better then hotel - no getting up early for breakfast!
We enjoyed our stay in this modern well equipped apartment, which is situated in an elegant square in Bayswater. It was well placed for local shops and restaurants and the tube station was close by. The bed was large and comfortable and there was a good sized flatscreen t.v. All in all good value.
Nothing reallty, although the lift was quite small.
Helpful staff, allowed us to look at both rooms available. Faulty toaster replaced straight away.
Not actually on Princes Sq. Initially walked past it, location needs to be more specific.
The price for what you recieved. As the room was very large and spacious which I loved, as well as having a bath.
The cold water for the shower was not working so I had to have an extremley hot shower
